Pam brings 30 years experience in business management and operations including several years in the insurance industry. Her roles include vendor and TPA management, call center management, managing clients with both fully insured and self funded products, sales, and community outreach and education.
She has a unique perspective of the meaning of customer service from her years of restaurant management.
Pam is also an animal lover and in addition to spending time with her four fur babies at home, she donates her time to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and supports money-raising efforts for local animal shelters. She also has a passion for good food and wine, and loves to cook and entertain.
