Paola began her insurance career in 2018 and has been working in the Employee Benefits world alongside Jason Gard ever since. She is the cornerstone of our account management and is committed to delivering results to our client partners.
Before making the strategic move to insurance, Paola worked in the mining industry for over seven years managing several multi-million dollar projects for clients in Canada, Mexico and Argentina. Among other things, she was responsible for building strong relationships with clients, which is something she continues to do daily. In addition to her passion for her work, she loves to travel and gets out of town every chance she gets. Before diving into insurance, she traveled all over Europe for two months, reaching her goal of visiting 30 countries by her 30th birthday.
